We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable children and young people in our residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take a lead role on shift, setting a positive example and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
  • Delegating tasks fairly and effectively among staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Providing training and guidance to new staff members, ensuring they feel supported and confident in their roles.
  • Participating in the on-call rota and responding to out-of-hours calls, demonstrating a commitment to our residents' needs.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans.
  • Supporting the daily needs of our residents, including assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and activities.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support, including participating in supervisions and appraisals.
