Job Title: Waking Night Support Worker

Holistic Support Services is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in our Ofsted registered Children's Residential Service in Southport.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced individual to provide holistic support to one of our young people on a waking night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the young person's needs are met throughout the night, including routine checks and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and care to the young person during the night shift
  • Conduct regular checks on the young person's well-being and safety
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of the young person's needs and activities
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting
  • Level 3 diploma or equivalent in a relevant field (training provided for the right candidate)
  • UK valid driving license (advantageous but not essential)
