Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people in our residential setting.

Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized support and care to young people, promoting their physical, emotional, and psychological well-being
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with young people, their families, and other stakeholders
* Participate in on-call rota and respond to out-of-hours calls as required
* Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the residential service
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans

Requirements:

* A Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Children's Residential is desirable but not essential
