About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and caring Children's Residential Support Lead to join our team in Southport. As a key member of our staff, you will provide residential support to children and teenagers with challenging behaviour, helping them develop essential life skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children aged 8-16 with daily tasks and activities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and support
  • Contribute to the development of individual care plans

Package and Benefits:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £14.09 per hour, plus an additional £60 for each sleep-in shift. You will also benefit from 224 hours of annual leave, plus two extra days after completing two years of service. Private health care is provided, along with petrol expense reimbursement at 40p per mile.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • NVQ level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent experience
  • Full UK driving licence and owned vehicle (ideally)
  • Residency in or around the Southport area
