This role offers a competitive salary of £12.60 per hour plus a £60 sleep-in rate (2on 4off shift pattern), comprehensive training, and opportunities for career development. Our team is dedicated to providing a nurturing environment for young people with complex needs, and we are looking for someone who shares our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and lead staff on shifts, ensuring effective communication and teamwork
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for young people
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including progress updates and challenges
- Foster positive relationships with young people, staff, and external agencies
Essential Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent
- 2 years' experience supporting young people in a children's residential setting
- Full UK manual driving licence (preferred)
