Barchester Healthcare is a leading provider of high-quality care services. As a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health) at one of our care homes, you will play a crucial role in planning, managing, and monitoring exceptional nursing and mental health care.

Key responsibilities include assessing residents' needs, implementing person-centered care plans, creating rotas, and building relationships with local regulators and social services. In this position, you will have the freedom to develop your unit and access opportunities for professional growth.

To be successful, you will be a Registered Nurse (RMN) with current NMC registration and experience in caring for older people and those with dementia. A strong track record of care plans and risk assessments, along with up-to-date clinical knowledge and understanding of regulatory frameworks, is essential.

You will also act as a clinical mentor, supporting newly qualified nurses through their preceptorship. We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and resilient individual with a strong track record of delivering quality care improvements.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience, along with an excellent rewards package.
