Lead Mental Health Nurse Director

We are seeking an experienced Lead Mental Health Nurse Director to join our team at Barchester Healthcare Ltd. As a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health), you will be responsible for planning, managing and monitoring the delivery of high-quality nursing and mental health care in our care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of residents and implement person-centred care plans that make a real difference.
- Use your initiative and compassion to ensure residents receive the quality care they deserve.
What You'll Need:
- Significant experience as a nurse manager or similar role in mental health care.
- An understanding of person-centred care principles and practice.
