Community Mental Health Professional

Hartley Hospital is seeking a dedicated professional to join our community mental health team. As a community mental health professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to older adults in Southport and surrounding areas.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Working in a community-based setting, providing care to patients in their homes or in clinics.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Conducting assessments and diagnosing mental health conditions in older adults.
- Providing evidence-based treatment and interventions to promote recovery and well-being.
- Valid GMC registration and right to work in the UK.
- At least 4 months of experience in community mental health at Specialist Doctor (SD) level.
- Ability to travel up to 8 miles for home visits.
The salary for this role is £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. This highly competitive package also includes:
