About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at St Vincent's Care Services Southport. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents by providing high-quality care and support.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus benefits such as salary packaging options up to $15,990, Novated leasing, and an optional Meals and Entertainment card up to $2,650 per annum.

Job Description
In this role, you will partner with residents to support their daily routine, personal care needs, lifestyle, and choices. You will work as part of a supportive and dedicated team to ensure our residents feel safe, valued, respected, and engaged.
Requirements
- A Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or similar qualifications
- 6 months+ experience in a similar role with residential aged care experience highly regarded
- Experience with AutumnCare (or similar software) with ability to maintain excellent records
