Children's Home Operations Manager

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Children's Home Registered Manager to oversee the operational management of a brand-new children's home in Southport.
This is a full-time, permanent contract with on-call duties. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience in a registered manager position or as a deputy manager, alongside NVQ Level 3 in children and young people and NVQ Level in leadership and management.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the home, ensuring high professional and quality standards are met.
- Oversee staff performance, providing guidance and support to help them excel in their roles.
- Develop and implement strategies for safeguarding, referrals, and managing budgets and contracts.
- Making strategic decisions regarding the future and growth of the home.
- Experience in a registered managers position or as a deputy manager.
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
- NVQ Level in leadership and management.
