Job Details

  • Seeking a Children's Home Registered Manager to oversee the operational management of a brand new children's home.
  • Manage a home for children and young people, ensuring compliance with OFSTED and company standards.
  • Lead and manage staff to perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
  • Manage budgets and contracts, as well as safeguarding reports and referrals.
  • Make strategic decisions about the future and growth of the home.
  • Full time, permanent contract, with on call duties.


Requirements

  • 2 years experience in a registered managers position, or as a deputy manager.
  • NVQ Level 3 in children and young people.
  • NVQ Level in leadership and management.

What We Offer

Vetro Recruitment offers a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000, as well as a full time, permanent contract with on call duties.
