Home Manager Opportunity in Southport
Our undisclosed company is seeking an experienced Home Manager to lead our small-sized Dementia home in Southport. With a strong care ethos, we provide modern facilities and great days out for residents.
The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent care, previous home management experience, and a solid understanding of dementia and elderly care. They will be responsible for managing a beautiful, modern home and ensuring compliance with quality, regulations, and CQC standards.
- Must have experience in managing compliant care homes.
- Strong understanding of quality, compliance & regulations.
- Excellent CQC knowledge.
- Dementia experience required.
About the Role
As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a highly rated Dementia home in Southport.
- Leading a team to deliver excellent care.
- Ensuring compliance with CQC standards.
- Developing and implementing care plans.
