Home Care Scheduler Lead

We are looking for a talented Home Care Scheduler Lead to join our team in Southport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for producing and managing staff rotas, ensuring all calls are covered.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective rota management systems to ensure efficient call coverage.
- Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and service users to deliver high-quality care.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to maintain exceptional care standards.
- Experience: Previous experience in rota management and scheduling is essential.
- Skills: Strong IT skills, excellent organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
A full driver's licence and access to a vehicle are necessary for this role.
