Maintenance Technician Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Windmill Lodge. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a comprehensive maintenance service, ensuring the lodge is in excellent condition at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control maintenance tasks and projects
- Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks
- Responsible for statutory legal requirements
- Perform regular safety checks
Desirable Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in a Maintenance role
- Experience working within a care home
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is £12.00 per hour, with 40 hours worked per week, Monday to Friday. Additionally, you will receive vibrant training and development opportunities, subsidised meals, and access to a counselling service.
