Holistic Support Services is seeking a dedicated Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in our Ofsted registered Children's Residential Service in Southport. This role involves working with one of our Young People, providing holistic support and care throughout the night.
Key Responsibilities:- Tending to the Young person's needs throughout the night, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Conducting routine nightly checks on the Young Person, monitoring their progress and adjusting support as needed.
- Completing accurate and detailed logs and records, maintaining high standards of documentation.
- Experience in dealing with challenging behavior or previous experience working with children and young people is highly desirable, but not essential.
- A Level 3 diploma is advantageous, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- A UK valid driving license is also beneficial, but not a requirement.
