About the Role:- Take on a leadership role on shift, setting a positive example and guiding your team to deliver exceptional care.
- Delegating tasks fairly and effectively, ensuring the smooth operation of the residential service.
- Train and develop new team members, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles.
- Participate in the on-call rota, providing support and guidance to colleagues outside of regular working hours.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of daily reports, health and safety checks, and care plans.
- Support the physical and emotional needs of the young people in our care, promoting their well-being and independence.
- Contribute to supervisions and appraisals, helping to identify areas for development and improvement.
