Job Opportunity at Holistic Support Services

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Residential Support Worker to join our team at Holistic Support Services. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing holistic support to one of our young people within our Ofsted-registered Children's Residential Service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Tending to the Young Person's Needs: Provide emotional support and care to the young person throughout the night, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Routine Nightly Checks: Conduct regular checks on the young person's well-being, safety, and comfort.
  • Log Keeping and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of the young person's activities, behavior, and any notable events.
Requirements:
  • Experience and Qualifications: While experience in dealing with challenging behavior or working with children and young people is desirable, it is not essential. A Level 3 diploma is advantageous, and we provide full training for the right candidate.
  • Driving License: A UK valid driving license is beneficial but not mandatory.
