Job Title: Children's Residential Support Worker

Job Summary: Holistic Support Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Waking Night Support Worker. This role involves providing holistic support to a young person within our Ofsted-registered Children's Residential Service in a solo setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tending to the young person's needs throughout the night, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Conducting routine nightly checks to monitor the young person's safety and comfort.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of the young person's activities and progress.

Requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with challenging behavior or previous experience working with children and young people is highly desirable.
  • A Level 3 diploma in a relevant field is advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A valid UK driving license is also beneficial, but not essential.
