We are looking for an Emotional Wellbeing Advisor to join our team at Brook Street.

Key Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on providing emotional support and guidance to individuals accessing our central support hub in Sheffield.

  • Deliver advice and guidance through various channels, including face-to-face, phone, and video interactions.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify risk and individual needs.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to develop effective support plans.
  • Empower individuals to take control of their mental wellbeing and physical health.
What We Offer

This is a temporary, ongoing assignment with a competitive salary package, estimated at around £26,500 per annum.
