We are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and charismatic individual to join our team as a Car Sales Executive.
Job Overview
This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop long-lasting relationships with our valued clients, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to grow with our team, taking on new challenges and responsibilities, from ambassador to management roles.
Responsibilities
- Upload all leads on CRM accurately, converting leads to appointments and developing strong relationships with clients;
- Consult on customization of both interior and exterior of vehicles;
- Sell new and used vehicles, as well as components/parts and accessories;
- Develop relationships with local business clients and maintain existing ones;
- Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales;
- Stay proactive in finding new sales opportunities and markets;
- Review own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;
- Provide accurate DOC to management and stay up-to-date on current stock and prices.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in the automotive industry;
- Proactive and driven approach;
- Well-organized and good timekeeping skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 base with an OTE of £40,000, along with commission pay.
Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 1 year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
We require a Full UK Clear Driver License and the ability to commute to London, SW3 5HX (preferred).
