About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Scotland East on a 12-month maternity cover basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support, office management, reception management, diary management, and customer service to both internal and external stakeholders at all times.

  • Plan and coordinate regional events.
  • Make travel arrangements as needed.
  • Manage regional visas.
  • Utilize Salesforce to ensure timely responses to regional complaints.
  • Familiarity with SAP Concur and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Demonstrate a flexible and willing working attitude.
  • Be available for travel.

The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (2016), including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
