We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our primary school team in Kendal. As a key member of the school community, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of our young students.
Key Responsibilities:
- PROVIDE HIGH-QUALITY EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCES FOR CHILDREN AGED 3-5 YEARS
- DEVELOP STRONG, POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, PARENTS, AND COLLEAGUES
- CONTRIBUTE TO A SAFE, INCLUSIVE, AND SUPPORTIVE SCHOOL COMMUNITY
- ADHERE TO SAFEGUARDING POLICIES AND PRACTICES
- Maintain high standards of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of young children.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, a commitment to providing exceptional care and education, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We offer a competitive salary (£25,500 per annum), paid weekly via PAYE, opportunities for career progression and professional growth, pension contributions (subject to a qualifying period), and a comprehensive induction program.
