About the Role

As a Tenant Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our tenants, helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations. You will work closely with our customers, understanding their unique needs and developing tailored support plans to help them succeed.

About You
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting others and has excellent communication skills. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, using your initiative to resolve complex issues and provide solutions to our customers. Experience in a similar role or sector would be advantageous, but not essential. What is important is that you are a people person, with a genuine desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,299 per annum, plus benefits including a health cash plan, generous pension scheme, and 34 days annual leave (increasing to 39 with service).
