  2. Collaborating with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  3. Maintaining records of work progress and monitoring compliance with environmental regulations.
  4. Ensuring quality control and adherence to health and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil engineering, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Site Engineer or Operations Specialist in civil engineering.
  2. Strong knowledge of setting-out techniques and surveying equipment.
  3. Familiarity with flood defense structures and water management systems.
  4. Relevant engineering qualifications (degree or equivalent).
