Job Description

As a Technical Field Support Specialist with TEAM, Inc., you will provide specialist engineering services to customers in accordance with company procedures. This role involves traveling to customer sites and carrying out work as instructed by the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers in their premises.
  2. Complete allocated work diligently to maximise productivity.
  3. Liaise with the Engineering Department when engineering issues arise.
  4. Liaise with customers to complete work and promote the company at all times.
Requirements:
  1. A Modern Apprenticeship in a relevant engineering discipline to NVQ 3 or equivalent.
  2. Awareness of Health & Safety issues and holding a current safety passport certificate and IOSH working safely certificate.
  3. A full, clean UK driving licence.
Working Conditions:

This role may involve working in the UK, Republic of Ireland, or overseas locations, including offshore sites. Work may be conducted in sometimes difficult and arduous conditions. Night shifts, weekends, and long periods away from home may be required.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
