Job Description: London Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced London Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute daily office operations, including managing office supplies, maintaining the UK TravelPerk platform, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Support company events, team-building activities, and holiday parties.
  • Assist with meeting setup, including conference room bookings, catering, and audio-visual needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, addressing their office needs and resolving day-to-day issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in an office management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet fast-paced deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. The position also offers a competitive benefits package, including mentoring scheme and professional development opportunities.
