London Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced London Office Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient working environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute daily office operations, including managing office supplies, maintaining the UK TravelPerk platform, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Support company events, team-building activities, and holiday parties.
- Assist with meeting setup, including conference room bookings, catering, and audio-visual needs.
- Act as a point of contact for staff, addressing their office needs and resolving day-to-day issues.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an office management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet fast-paced deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Benefits:
