London Office Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced London Office Operations Coordinator to join our team at the JTC Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of our London office, located in HX1 and Scalpel.
Your primary responsibilities will include administering visitor access, maintaining meeting rooms, and managing mail flow. Additionally, you will need to coordinate couriers and maintain accurate records. If you have excellent organizational skills, are proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, and possess a high level of accuracy, we encourage you to apply.
The estimated salary for this position is £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the main point of contact for landlord building services to ensure compliance with building rules and regulations.
- Provide exceptional administrative support to employees and clients, including managing visitor access and maintaining meeting rooms.
- Ensure accurate and timely management of mail flow, including sorting, scanning, and distribution.
- Co-ordinate couriers and maintain accurate records.
- Proven experience in a similar role or administrative position.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools and ability to work accurately.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
