Job Title: French Speaking Account Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking Account Manager to join our team at First People Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and servicing a portfolio of existing customer accounts, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and maximizing revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and service a portfolio of existing customer accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including international and local customers, and ISPs in the region.
  • Develop new clients in the telecom market in the territory of France and Francophonie by selling products and services based on global network with exclusive advantages of high-quality connection from Europe to Asia.
  • Accomplish sales and margin targets by selling products and services of the Company, including IPLC/IEPL, MPLS-VPN, DIA, IP-transit, data centre and IT integrated solutions, etc.
  • Coordinate the execution or implementation of orders by clients and ensure the delivery with high quality and good service to satisfy clients.
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to organize various components needed to initiate, run, and conclude sales projects by following sales policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Be responsible for all relevant issues within Account Manager Function as a generalist or in a combination of Disciplines.
  • Fulfill all working targets, including sales targets set by the director.

Requirements:

  • Fluent French and English in spoken and written; Chinese language will be a plus.
  • Strong sales experience and project management skill, ideally focusing on wholesale or enterprise business within telecom fields.
  • Knowledge of telecom products and services.
  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • Be familiar with local culture and business aspect.
