We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced French speaking Key Account Manager to join our team at French Selection. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts in the French territory, with a focus on sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and grow key accounts in the French territory, including identifying new business opportunities and developing strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, including regular travel to France to meet with clients and understand their needs.
- Control large amounts of sales enquiries and provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Be the main point of contact with clients at Head Office level, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
- Visit decision makers within your account portfolio to identify their needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Give demonstrations on products face to face or via video call, and assist with new concept developments and implementation.
- Be knowledgeable on products and services, and interpret sales reports to participate in Sales meetings.
- Identify industry and product opportunities and share knowledge with internal departments to drive business growth.
- Fluent in French, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in business to business face to face sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Desire to achieve and grow sales targets, with a strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure.
- Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Dynamic, ambitious, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a driver's license and be able to travel when needed.
