The Company:
A reputable International Tour Operator known for its commitment to excellence in travel services.

Main Responsibilities:
Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and prospective groups traveling across the UK and Ireland.

Key Duties:
  • Offer exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients
  • Manage incoming communications and respond appropriately
  • Address and resolve all inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth business operations
  • Continuously update knowledge of group travel requirements and available offers
  • Negotiate supplier rates to secure the best pricing
  • Participate in familiarization trips, trade fairs, and meetings as required.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Strong command of English
  • Fluent in French (both written and spoken)
  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly with tour operators or similar service providers
  • Good understanding of the UK as a travel destination and its tourism offerings
  • Proactive, solution-oriented, confident, and dynamic personality
  • Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in IT.

Salary:
up to £32,000 per annum
