Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual accounting professional to join our team as a French Speaking Accounts Assistant. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounts manager, ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the accounts manager, including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist with basic accounting activities, including financial reporting and analysis.
  • Support our French business remotely, providing administrative assistance as needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in French (written and spoken).
  • Basic accounting experience and knowledge of accounting software (Sage).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
