Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate to join our team as a Graduate Behaviour Mentor.

In this role, you will work closely with students with autism, providing individualised support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.

About the School

The school has a Special Resource Provision attached to the main school, offering up to 49 places for pupils with autistic spectrum conditions.

The provision is designed to provide for students who can access the Social Thinking curriculum, which uses strategies that are designed for those with social learning challenges with near average to well above average cognitive ability and language skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualised support to students with autism
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Establish routines and consider the learning environment
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with students, parents and carers
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £85-100 per day, depending on experience.
