Investigative Support Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an Investigative Support Manager to join our team at Derbyshire Constabulary. This is a part-time position that requires the successful candidate to provide advice and knowledge on complaints against the police and internal conduct matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the administration team on a day-to-day basis.
- Conducting final assessments on proportionate investigations, determining the need for disciplinary proceedings or appropriate action when necessary.
- Providing advice and guidance to Chief Officers, senior managers, departmental heads, and others on complaints and conduct matters.
Requirements
- Experience of managing staff and developing people.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data and subsequent production of reports and presentations.
- A proven history of successfully managing competing and difficult priorities and adopting a flexible approach to working under tight deadlines.
- Access to your own transport to allow for travel to meetings and events.

Salary
