Job Title: SHEQ Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SHEQ Manager to join our team at Multitask Personnel Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive Integrated Management System (IMS) aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement effective health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health, safety, and environmental practices.
  • Investigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on health, safety, and environmental performance.
  • Participate in project start-up meetings and customer reviews.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Membership of IOSH at Cert IOSH level or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a full-time health, safety, and environmental role.
  • Experience in internal auditing and managing ISO 45001/14001/9001 systems.
  • NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
  • Level 5/6 qualification in Health and Safety.
  • CDM-related qualification (e.g., SMSTS).
