Investigative Support Manager

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Investigative Support Manager to join our team at Derbyshire Constabulary. As a key member of our Professional Standards Department, you will provide advice and guidance on complaints and conduct matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the administration team and provide day-to-day support.
- Conduct final assessments on proportionate investigations and determine the need for disciplinary proceedings or appropriate action.
- Provide advice and guidance to senior managers and others on complaints and conduct matters.
Requirements
- Experience of managing staff and developing people.
- Experience of analysing and interpreting data and producing reports and presentations.
- A proven history of successfully managing competing priorities and adopting a flexible approach to working under tight deadlines.
- Access to your own transport to allow for travel to meetings and events.

Salary
The salary for this role is £41,928 - £50,109 pro rata, based on the number of hours for the vacancy.
