Job Title: Live In Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Live In Care Professional. As a Live In Care Professional, you will provide non-medical care and companionship to our clients in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

About the Role:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients with dementia, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, and mobility support.
  • Engage in activities and hobbies with clients to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other daily tasks.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation.
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care and support for clients.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with older adults, particularly those with dementia.
  • Ability to provide personal care and support, including assistance with daily living tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
