About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Tamworth and Lichfield. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical services to support individuals in their own homes, enabling them to maintain their independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients in their daily lives
  • Assist with personal care, household tasks, and other activities of daily living
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

We are looking for someone with a kind and compassionate nature, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable, as we may need to transport clients to appointments or activities.
