Job Title: Live In Care Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Live In Care Care Professional. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of our client, who requires support with daily living tasks and companionship.

About the Role

As a Live In Care Care Professional, you will live in our client's home for a set period of time, providing non-medical support to help them maintain their independence. This may include assistance with medication administration, meal preparation, and general housekeeping. You will also be responsible for accompanying our client on outings and supporting them with appointments and community activities.

Requirements
  • Experience of working with people, particularly those with dementia
  • Ability to drive and have a full driving license
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and respect for our client's autonomy
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding service and building professional relationships
What We Offer

We provide comprehensive training and support to ensure you have the skills and confidence to excel in this role. You will also receive a food allowance, a separate room to stay in our client's home, and access to a TV and WiFi. Our client lives in the historic town of Lichfield, which offers a range of cultural and recreational activities.
