About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Lichfield. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition or needs to the care team
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field (not required but desirable)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
