About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Lichfield. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide non-medical care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver exceptional care and support services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle, as travel is required to visit clients in their own homes.
