About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults to live independently and comfortably in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, helping to prevent loneliness and isolation
- Assist with daily tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
- Accompany clients to appointments and outings, using your own vehicle if necessary
- Support clients with dementia and other conditions, providing tailored care and support
