About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Tamworth and Lichfield. As a Care Professional, you will provide non-medical support to help individuals maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients with daily living tasks
- Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and snacks, and assist with light housekeeping
- Accompany clients on outings and provide companionship
- Monitor and report any changes in client condition to the care team
Requirements
No experience or qualifications are necessary, but a passion for supporting others and a reliable, trustworthy approach are essential. A driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable, as we take clients on outings and errands.
