We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Professional in Tamworth and Lichfield. As a Care Professional, you will play a vital role in providing non-medical services to help individuals maintain their independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a range of non-medical services to support clients in their daily lives
- Assist with personal care, household tasks, and other activities of daily living
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families to understand their needs and preferences
- Work collaboratively with other care professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
We are looking for someone with a kind and compassionate nature, who is passionate about supporting others and delivering an outstanding service. You will be reliable, trustworthy, and respectful, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
A driving license and access to your own vehicle are desirable, as we take clients out to appointments and other activities. You will also receive industry-leading training, competitive rates of pay, and excellent support from our team.
