In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our schools' facilities, including the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and equipment. You will work closely with other teams to achieve organizational goals and provide exceptional service to students, parents, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the maintenance of all school facilities, including buildings, grounds, and equipment
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Manage budgets and resources to optimize facility performance
  • Collaborate with other teams to achieve organizational goals

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management
  • Post-secondary degree in facilities management or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
