About the Position:
We are proud to offer this exciting opportunity for a skilled Therapist for Children with Speech and Language Needs to join our team at Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust. This role presents a unique chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of children, from those with mild speech delays to those with more severe communication disorders.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
* Provide ongoing assessment and evaluation of treatment effectiveness
* Collaborate with education professionals and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
* Engage in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices and evidence-based interventions

Essential Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualification in Speech-Language Pathology
* Registration with the HCPC
* At least 2 years of experience working with children with communication disorders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation Package:
$70,000 - $90,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus an enhanced leave package and health and wellbeing support.
