Job Summary

Healthcare Assistant - Patient Care Specialist

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Outpatient Department. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist the team in delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of our patients.
  • Contribute to the support and monitoring of patients, identifying and reporting any significant changes that may affect their health and well-being.
  • Assist with the movement of patients in line with hospital policies, promoting a safe and efficient working environment.

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an HCA in a hospital environment is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  • NVQ Level 3 is a necessity.
  • Experience in ECGs, Phlebotomy, Blood Pressures, and Patient Observations is essential.
