Join Our Team as a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our clients, working closely with our specialist nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays, and may be required to travel to clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care to children with complex needs in their own homes
  • Work closely with specialist nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Deliver person-centred care, taking into account the individual needs and preferences of each client
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and progress
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old
