About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to children and adults in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with our specialist nurse-led teams to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
