Job Title: Paediatric Healthcare Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Paediatric Healthcare Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children and adults with complex needs.

About the Role:

As a Paediatric Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication. You will also be required to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to children and adults with complex needs
  • Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care setting
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
