Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to join our team. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will work closely with our clients to provide support with daily living activities, personal care, and medication management. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment, and reporting any concerns or issues to our management team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide support with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with personal care, including toileting and incontinence care
  • Administer medication as directed by our clients' healthcare plans
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment, including cleaning and laundry
  • Report any concerns or issues to our management team
Requirements:
  • Must be over 18 years old
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Have a valid DBS check
  • Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
